My Story
Just before my daughter was born, I was lucky enough to stumble across a stretchy wrap, one of the only ones that was available in a mainstream store. It just looked more comfortable than the other carriers that I saw on display, so I gave it a try. Shortly after my daughter was born, I was hooked on babywearing and have never looked back! I wore my daughter in that stretchy wrap nearly everyday, even making a cross country flight a couple of times and wearing her for hours at a time! Everywhere I went, people asked me what that baby wrap was and where they could get one. I can't count how many I must have 'sold' for that company! I graduated to a Storchenwiege Baby Wrap and a soft-structured carrier when my daughter was a year old and not quite twenty pounds.

When my son was born, I pulled out my trusty old stretchy wrap and the comments started coming again. Where did you get that? How can I get one? After sending yet another person to someone else's shop, I decided to start selling them for myself! At three months old, my chunky baby boy had already gotten heavy enough that I switched to my woven Storchenwiege about the same time that we opened the virtual doors to My Little Munchkin Shop.
